Som tilbehør til skinke eller andet kød er flødestuvet spinat uovertruffen. Se her hvordan det laves med rigtig fløde.
- 200g Spinat
- ¼ dl Fløde
- Knivspids Revet muskat nød
- Salt
- Smør til stegning
Spinaten skal skylles grundig – så evt. jord kommer af.
Smør smeltes i en gryde. Spinaten kommes i og brunes til den falder sammen – den fylder kun ca. halvdelen når den er færdig. Hæld fløden på lidt af gangen og lad det koge ind til den bliver tykkere. Kom muskat nød i og smag til med salt.
